Terms of Service
Read this. Or don't. We're not your lawyer.
1. Use of Data
The benchmarking data on this site is exactly what it says it is: snapshot data from real servers we rented. By using this site, you acknowledge that server performance changes. A datacenter might go down, routing might break, or a provider might oversell their node. We are not responsible if your server performs worse than our test unit.
2. Liability
If you rent a $5 server we recommend, and it crashes during your company's million-dollar launch, that's on you for deploying enterprise workloads on budget infrastructure without a load balancer. We accept zero liability for data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
3. Third-Party Links
We link to hosting providers. These are third-party websites. Once you click a link and land on their site, you are bound by their Terms of Service, their Acceptable Use Policies, and their billing agreements. Whatever happens between you and them is none of our business.
